Just got a player off the market and it’s saying player already in use when adding? Turned app off still doing it.

What card? Another version might be on your team already. I'm guessing Pedro. Take the reliever out

Noting which card would be helpful but this is a plausible and common occurrence with pitchers that have RP and SPs (see David Price, Pedro, etc).
If its a position player, probably a similar thing...check other positions/bench.
Event lineups wouldn't prevent you from adding a card to your roster but it would prevent you from selling it on the market.

Check your bench or active roster for LS Billy Hamilton. He probably a pinch run option for you so that might be why.
