Hello, I went 9-2 in my BR series but it did not credit me with one of the wins or my diamond reward! did anyone have this issue?
This is my third issue ticket with SDS and I havent heard anything from them!
Has anyone had success in getting what they should have gotten??!

I'm sure support is really busy it tells you to allow 4 to 5 busness days. Once servers are stable i'm sure every1 will get reimbursed it just takes patience. They are a small team and i assure you they are working diligently.

I am hoping. Have you personally had any success with SDS on something you should have gotten? currently I am missing 10 vouches from showdown as well!
