Really hoping it works tonight.... couldn't even get on last night and barely worked the night before.

They've given out packs/stubs in previous years for the same issue. I'm sure they'll be doing it again since this is the worst it's ever been.

Hey Yo,
How about you guys comment on the [censored] that doesnt work like the download of rosters. Admit there is an issues and say. "hey we are working on it ",so that we KNOW you're working on it. Im pretty chill about stuff but i feel like ive wasted my money for the first time since the original and now i have a bad taste in my mouth about you guys. -

No. If the game was not ready to be played, if it was not able to function properly on release, it should have been delayed. We don't let anyone else get away with releasing a defective product that we pay for.

People are happy with gameplay that have had a chance to play. If you work and only play in the evening.... you haven't been able to play to see gameplay. I call the game not working a fail... no matter how good gameplay might be.

Are the servers back up now cause i have no idea and i just flipped the market so im hopping to use the players i can get out of it

Sorry but your servers are jacked up again! Time to go back to the drawing boards. It would be nice to play when I get off work but nope, still terrible. Reset my modem/router, not on my end.

Servers are a big bunch of BS this year. The Marketplace loads as slow as molasses and itd slowest its ever been. Great job once again!

I am trying my best to stay calm and understanding. Coding is VERY tough. I am a developer myself, and although it's just web, I've dabbled in game code and I know that it's literally a needle in a haystack causing a majority of these issues.
But over the last week I've lost:
- a daily moment - which I didn't notice never saved until today when I wasn't eligible for Alomar but multiple of my friends got him
- progress on 4 moments
- my RTTS guy was reset when the game went live on the 20th - prompted me to do the tutorial and I had to rebuild the load out from scratch
- 3 showdowns marked as losses after I just completed and won
- I had to refund and repurchase the game to get my in-game bonuses as that's what Xbox support told me my only option was
- I've lost conquest games that I've won
- And then there's the slowness and the server crashing completely when not in game
It's just kind of really really sucks. That's 10 hours of gameplay. I took time off work to play because I wanted to take this game seriously this year as I'm pretty good - I finished last season 98-53 in Ranked Seasons and never had the best cards or an up to date roster because I didn't have time last year.
I get everyone's idea of giving us some packs to make up for it - but when everyone gets the pack - that doesn't actually make up for anything. What needs to be made up is restoring the lost data if possible and if it's truly not possible and it's lost - you guys need to look into a storage mode to store results when the server goes offline and prompts the server to give the rewards when the server comes back online. It's not fair that my grinding (and others in the same boat) is getting lost is going to result in everyone getting a few packs. Not to mention my pack luck sucks, but that's just RNG. But theoretically there - someone is going to pull a Trout who had zero server issues, and I'm going to get my 14th Adam Engel as a thanks for my 10 hours of lost time.

This game is a [censored]. The market is awful, it’s slower than I’ve ever seen before.
So glad I took days off work to attempt to play. I can’t wait to see how the rest of the year goes. -
I was disconnecting all evening today. At least all my conquest games counted, but I give up for today. I will go to sleep with prayer for these servers

I’ve been an MLB the show player for many many years. I’m disappointed by the early access, and now a week later things are still very unstable to say the least.
SDS, the right thing to do at this point is to openly communicate with the community and then offer some packs, stubs, and other things as a thank you for your community for buying your product. We need to be compensated somehow. If you go to a restaurant and things are wrong the manager/owner offers some sort of comp.
Do the right thing SDS and take care of your community.
