Bought stubs opening night and haven’t received them

Did this happen to anyone else. When the stubs weren’t able to be purchased opening night, I went online and bought stubs off the PlayStation store, hoping they would be in my account when I purchased them, but got nothing when I opened my game and still haven’t received them
Dealing with this issue right now. Apparently if you buy stubs through the PlayStation store website it’s for a PS5. That’s what PlayStation support told me.

Bought stubs from the store on ps4 ..worked fine for me
It didn’t make sense to me when they told me that but that’s the response they gave me when I contacted them

This makes sense as stubs purchased from the store while using the console work. Seems stubs purchased from a web browser don’t. The ps store web browser doesn’t tell you it’s ps5 only so I would imagine it’s an error they hope we ignore or they falsely advertised their product.

Just bougfht $100 worth of stubs in game on PS5, nothing showing up

Bought stubs, $49.95, in game, received them. Next day, ready to get a couple of perks, the stubs were gone plus the free included perks/stubs from buying the $100.00 game. All I had were the basic perks & 2500 stubs. PS said I had to go through SDS also. I've sent messages everyday for a week. I have heard nothing from SDS. They took my Stubs & Perks... and my knuckleball....

I purchased $150 worth of stubs whilst at work via the web. Now nothing in my ingame account.

What system do you have? If PS4, try logging into your account via ps5 and see if they are there. Hopefully you have a buddy or know someone who has it on PS5 who can assist. That is how I gained accessed to my product.

I bout $100 on Xbox series X and they haven shown up either. I also cannot even buy stubs in game, when i go to that section it says nothing is availble to purchase. Any help???

Same for me, says nothing is available. Weird I thought they would like to make money
.I unplugged my xbox, plugged it back in and loaded up a different game. then i closed that game and loaded MLB the show and it worked for me!
