Hey SDS, do you mind updating us about the Canceled Order glitch? More than 48 hours and still waiting... hoping we get them back before launch tomorrow!!

Agreed. This is now day 3. No reason not to have a solution and communicated it to people by now.

No man, I keep checking the forums to see if they post something. I even enabled the Twitter notifications on MLB The Show’s account, and nothing yet. I’m missing big money here... more than 500k stubs. I wrote them another email and they haven’t responded since yesterday morning.

I followed up with another email yesterday and I just received this back 15 minutes ago from support.

“We understand you are concerned about receiving or transferring in-game items and stubs. Rest assured, the fix is almost ready to roll out. These items are not lost and will arrive to your account as soon as possible. We assure you all of your items will be received.”

Sounds like it shouldn’t be much longer (hopefully)

I thought I was going nuts. I'm not missing a ton, maybe a couple thousand stubs total, but I knew something was off.

I'm down 210k.

I was one of the first to report the bug at like 12:20 am. Got a reply very quickly. I sent a follow up yesterday, and got a reply in the last hour indicating it's almost ready for rollout.

Be patient folks. It's coming.

I got mine back overnight. Somewhere in the neighborhood of 170k. I’d filed support ticket on opening night when I lost them. They are definitely working to get people their stubs back.

It's still happening just lost 50k 😞 now lost over 200k

how do you guys know how much you lost? I had a bunch of weird [censored] happen last night but I'm not exactly sure how screwed I am.

I was selling cards and now I don’t see those stubs. What do I do!?

Nothing. Put a ticket in but they will tell you to bad. We are all screwed and they don’t care
