Why don't I see my countdown yet?

So I pre ordered MLB the show 21 back in early February off the show website. When I log on to my PS4 i don't see the countdown for MLB the show 21. I got emailed my receipt saying I purchased the game. But my PS4 there is no indication that I purchased the game. What should I do?

You all are annoying, no this is not a troll. Yes I posted a month ago and I did take do what others suggested and still I don't see the game countdown in my downloads or library. So I will continue to post until I know for sure I will get the game I purchased back in early February.

Not negative just wondering why you created another thread is all. All you had to do was bump previous thread and say problem still not resolved. So you can get mad all you want but we did try to help you in first thread so don't get hateful with me just trying to help.

Mine shows up in library- purchased-not installed.
If yours is not you'll have to contact sony customer service.
Continuing to post here about it will just waste your time as they are the only ones who can help you. -
