PS5 controller

So I’ve finally got everything set up on my new PS5 and tried to play the Show. But my controller isn’t working in the game. It works fine navigating the home menu and settings and all. But when the show loads, it won’t do anything.
Anyone have this issue? Any ideas? Any help maybe @Collin_SDS_PSN

Thats new. Try setting your controller connection from Bluetooth to USB and play it connected, see if that helps.

It's brand new out of the box, so we'll see. I've been working with PS support but they haven't given me much of an answer.

How does it go playing any other game, eg Astro’s Playroom?
Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling The Show?
Have you tried it with a DualShock 4 controller on your PS5?
Have you ‘forgotten’ and reconnected your controller?
Have you checked the controller settings?
That’s all I can think of for now.

just curious, what color is the controller when it starts to act funny? If it's not blue, then that may be a problem.
