Whos getting this message besides me? I get it 3 times a day without fail.

Sounds like a browser setting issue, unrelated to TSN.
When does your cache empty on your browser? Every 24 hours? Every hour? Once a day? Same question on cookies or tokens.
The only time I see it personally, is when mods are active and deleting posts and/or threads. I wouldn't stress too much about it.
One thing I didn't think of though, is maybe you should log out of TSN and log back in. You'll get a new TOS and code of conduct refresh along with the ability to select PSN or Xbox Live. Might fix it.
