Preorder Problem

I am trying to preorder The Jackie Robinson Digital Deluxe Edition of MLB The Show 21 and it just keeps saying something went wrong. I checked and made sure my payment information was correct. Any Idea why ????

That's likely a browser issue. I get that with Chrome sometimes on a ChromeBox, but not mobile.
I'd suggest using a different interface.

In case anyone else had this problem, I was not able to preorder on any browser on my computer but was able to complete the preorder on my PS4. Who knows why......SMH

I clicked on the link from here and it would not accept the purchase only saying there was a problem. I was using Google Chrome and then tried Microsoft edge and still the same problem. I then just made the purchase using the PS4. The link from here took me to the playstation store to make the purchase when I tried on the computer.
