Thinking About Blowing My Savings

Like most, I have stubs to play with. I’m thinking about buying all these cards that I was interested in: Pujols, Rickey, Vlad Sr., etc.
My only reluctance comes from any possibility of end game/A-squad type of cards still coming out.
Any thoughts on this?

It's basically January, get cards you'll enjoy using. I have 67k because I spent my last million getting Willie McCovey because I like using his cards.

I blew my 2 million on Chipper Jones (who I ABSOLUTELY love btw. Best card in the game besides 99 Corey Seager) and now I just got Willie Mays! Im excited to use him again. I loved his card last year.

I suppose the guys you mentioned the orders complete fairly quickly for them, although Rickey has a bit of a line.
I have one in on Bench I’ve been waiting a month+ on, because I thought 600k was “too much” when he was readily available. smh.
If you want the player I’d just put an order in, if they drop someone you want in the meantime you either cancel the incomplete order or lose 100k selling one of the guys you bought, which at this point is pretty easy to make back up.

I finished what I wanted with TA4 exchanges, sold off golds + silvers of what was left and put similar buy orders in for guys like that that MIGHT have a chance of fulfillment. 5 mm in buy orders + still 1mm in my wallet.
Put the orders in. If they get fulfilled then great, if they release someone you have to have, cancel and use the stubs then. Can’t lose and can’t take stubs with you.

Pujols is a beast. I picked him up a couple weeks ago and will keep him for the remainder of the game.

Worst case you can sell back and only lose 10%. So you will be fine!

The only possibilities of new cards being released are as follows IMO: Events-which the best options are future starts Adley and Franco, a run it back 3 that wouldn't contain end game cards but would contain Olerud, Bedrosian, Isringhousen, and Jack Morris types, or a long shot would be extreme 2, which would also likely include Wander/Adley. Spend away my friend

I hated Extreme when it came out (because I didn’t think I could do it) and now I think an Extreme 2 would excite me.
