@sds when we look at the player card for pitchers, could you please show the actual pitch speeds? Why not just say deGrom’s fastball is 102 rather than 99 with outlier?
Even players without outlier who are show a 95 mph fb usually all throw 1-2 mph faster...why not just say they throw 96 or 97? It makes no sense!!!
I think in an ideal world, their player card would show max velocity. If you throw a perfectly timed pitch, you should get max velocity, break, and command. If not, your velo, break, and command are lower.

It has always been like this and it means that with normal power, that's the velocity the pitcher will throw a pitch with. You can add power to the pitch to max +3 on that base attribute so it really does make sense actually that they do it this way.

Thats the number you’ll get with regular effort. If you put bigger effort (in the red) you’ll get the 102

QOL = Give the damned game away for free so I can play some games that aren't laggy AF. So annoyed with CP2077 being [censored] on ps4 was planning to drop this and play that.
Highly considering paying Russian hackers to rig the next election to get Kanye in power then kidnap the big [censored] [censored] and..... lost my train of thought FiX the [censored] MM so my games aren't laggy.

Also QOL = Stop giving stuff for free and actually add something worth purchasing I have 1.6m stubs and haven't worked the market at all. I'd probably have 7m just by selling the 9quintillioooon fodder sitting doing nothing.

I only use pulse, and always hit 102 with the fb with the guys capable of that speed without doing anything differently -
