Is the lag in game and all of the fielding/base running glitches that are running rampant right now any better for those guys still playing on PS4? I just don’t get how the game was playing reasonably well a few weeks ago and now it’s unplayable and glitching like a beta. Every game I have at least one play where I hit a ball and the screen just freezes, I have no idea if it’s a hit, out, HR? No idea, usually after 10 seconds it’ll come back, but sometimes it just disconnects. Is the PS5/PS4 cross play causing this???

I play on an old PS4 just fine sometimes there can be lag on their end. I run wired connection Ethernet chord straight to my router and I’m now using a gaming monitor I’m playing better than ever.

I’m still on the PS4 and I’ve noticed a ton of fielding issues lately. Fielders running past ground balls in the outfield, balls hitting off of players like they are a wall, and even a home run going through a wall.

Balls being hit for a “foul ball home run” but are also in front of the plate.

A lot of issues the past week or so. Been weird for sure.
