Definitely don't do anything with $1M stub investments until they fix this mess

I unlocked 99 Tucker, put him on the market for 90K. Changed my mind and removed the sell order (wanted to try him first). Now he's no longer in my inventory, and I didn't complete a sell order.
Send a ticket to SDS, they are the very best, they'll take care of you. Waiting for a resolution for my situation, but I know they'll make it right (they always do).

same thing happened to me, I cancelled orders for harper and guerro and lost over 400,000 stubs. I emailed them last night. This is ridiculous.

This hasn't happened to me, yet... Let us know what happens! -
If this isn't resolved soon this may be the inspiration I needed to finally put this game away for the season and move on to something else.

How soon is soon? 20 minutes? 2 days? I would give them a chance to respond, as it is 6AM in San Diego. Maybe give them until NoonPT?

This post scared me pretty bad last night when I saw it. I have a buy order for Mays at the obligatory 1M stubs. It is still showing so I guess I'm ok.

humm this is rough. I usually have tons of Open orders in the queue and sometimes decide to pull some so I can bid on different players. When I pull back a purchase order I don't always check to see that my stubs have been properly added to my bank (especially for smaller amounts). I guess I should be more careful, might have happened to me last night and I didn't notice. Dang!

Just submitted my (second) ticket and got an auto response saying they are receiving a high volume of emails and to please allow up to five business days for a response. Not exactly the customer support I was hoping for.

IMO, better than nothing!
But yes, it would be better if they responded quicker.
