With all these new capabilities, there’s no reason why we shouldn’t have a deeper ONLINE FRANCHISE mode similar too what 2K did with MYNBA!! Just give us OFFLINE with farm leagues and a couple more commissioner rules and we’ll be fine... I’m just saying; Challenging calls and dynamic weather could be a game changer!! Stop allowing guys to change the weather but instead factor it into schedule based off dates like MADDEN does... PLEASE!!! Why are you guys giving us these half “ behind “ excuses when there clearly a OFM fan base who supports this game? That’s the least you guys could do... We just want to play BASEBALL!! We don’t want to CARD HOBBY!! Let us be... EVERY OTHER sports game has it ( as sad as EA is )... Give us the roster share for farm leagues again... FREE AGENTS!! Please... Custom Leagues was a start but it’s not FRANCHISE! We want that offline experience in OFM!!

If there were, people would play it. But SDS has the behind-the-scenes analytics that tell them which modes get usage and which ones don't. And the numbers don't lie.
The amount of CAPS and Exclamation Points!!!!!!!!!! used isn't going to change the fact that OFM was the least popular mode by a landslide.

FYI, the last time they’ve even mentioned anything about those pertaining to OFM was back before 18 released! CUSTOM LEAGUES kicked up some dust my boy so you can stop with all that madness! The community is still growing and excited knowing that this NEXT GEN title might be what we’ve been waiting on... You sir, need to go back to the conquest, card collector, online player rated part of the forum with all that! You know nothing... **

OFM doesn't make them any extra money like Diamond Dynasty does. If they put it in the game there would be quite a few people that just play OFM and we all know by now they don't want that. Much easier to keep your attention on Diamond Dynasty without the OFM distraction.

A. It CAN hurt because every hour of development time spent on a mode people don't play is an hour of development time lost for modes that people DO play.
B. If people wanted to play games "like every other game out there", they'd play every other game out there. We're playing THIS game because we like THIS game. Maybe we don't want it to be like others.

This is like a car crash. I couldn't help but stop and look.
Because Popeyes makes the chicken sandwich, others are trying to as well.
Popeyes is still the best. Eventually, the others will stick with what sells for them.
SDS doesn't make money on software sales for more franchise users. Stubs and cards drive sales.
2K has to do something different to compete with other products. SDS doesn't.
While you are passionate, it's not going to happen.
