My Favorite New Feature

I don't know about anyone else, but I had been begging for them to separate offline/online stats for DD cards so I am EXTREMELY excited about that.
The only other minor thing I would love to see would be the ability to search in your collection.

Yea that is very cool. You get a real feel for how a player uses a certain card online. If I see you hitting 400 with 75 ab with pudge and Baez is on deck hitting 183 with 75 ab I think I might pitch around pudge. Where as in games past you have no idea how someone does with a card.
Or in cases of Mitch. He hits 3-400 with all of his [censored] cards. You just pitch around everyone.

He can’t hit the ball if you intentionally walk every batter.
It’s a bold strategy, Cotton. Let’s see if it pays off for him. lol

I wonder if the stats displayed in the middle of RS/BR game will be the online only stats for that card though? Or will you only be able to see the online specific stats on the details of the card in your collection?

Good question, I hope that the stats they show (like batting average etc) during online games are the online ones. If not, that’s not a dealbreaker or anything, it’d just be nice if it was -
I'm just hoping that they keep your UP W/L record the same and only show RS games.

If they separated the stats, then it's a safe bet they will only show OL stats for online games, otherwise there's no point. Now when I see a guy batting .450 I will be wary; I used to think "well you play a lot of Conquest on veteran" and was right 95% of the time.

In the pause menu of a BR/RS game, you will see the pitcher and hitters' online stats. You can also see them in the stats section of the pause menu.
However when you highlight the card (pressing triangle), you will only see attribute and quirks.
Does that make sense?

Mine is the online presentation. You can now see replays playing ranked seasons games. It will help make it feel more authentic.

Lol. I don’t look at it that way. It will add some much needed additions to the presentation of the game. The game has felt so bland in big time moments of a game.

Not sure if this has been asked / shown. But will the online stats show in the loading screen of a BR / RS game when we see lineups ?

People can’t even wait for a HR to land before “Lost connection to ....” right now.
If they have to sit through a cut scene with 4 angles of their pitch getting hammered ... hahaha.
I can’t see many games going 9 innings.

It certainly will give the game a more authentic look and yes, it will separate the men from the boys.

Online, you only have fast play as a broadcast, but now we’ll see the HR pose and bat flip, and have the option to have replay of the HR.
