When someone flashes the bunt at you, what exactly does that mean? Is that the equivalent of the middle finger? Cuz I get it a lot lol!

I'll bunt flash if it was a good pitch. could mean sorry bout that if, say, an easy grounder catches the bag or something funky happens that turns an easy out into a hit. It's like flashing you're headlights, context matters. Could be you're lights are off, could be a cop up ahead, maybe you left you're kid in his car seat on you're roof, context...

Lmao I did this the other day to a dude I matched up with who was like 200 games above .500. I batted first and gave him the bunt “wink wink” and asked for a friendly and he accepted. Didn’t want any part of that goon lol

I’ll flash it if I’m hitting with my pitcher usually. I think that’s a universally accepted sign for it.

If my opponent makes a great play or freezes me with a great pitch for strike 3, I like to flash bunt - just once - as a hat tip before the next pitch. Often it gets me a pitch high and inside, though, so don't think many people pick up on it. Have sometimes seen others say they do this as well, so thinking positively, it could be that.

I do this as well. One flash is usually sign of respect, more than that and we have a problem.

Once the blunt flashing and replays happen, I drag the game out and do the same. No reason to grief like a d bag. Quit if you’re not happy with the outcome

I never bunt dance, so when I use it after a spectacular diving catch or robbed home run by my opponent, I’d like to hope they understand I’m tipping my cap to the play they made. Maybe they just think I’m salty about the out though. I use it to say nice play and that’s about it.

I flash bunt at the beginning if I'm leading off with first batter to say good luck! My last at bat I do the same. I do it as a respect thing! If someone is bunt dancing it's someone being toxic.

Was the guy you played 250-50 or like 900-700? There is a big difference between those records

I do kind of wish that there was a universal "code" for this. 🙂 I do it sometimes after a good play, but not often.

I would say I’m slightly above average at this game at best and I’m certain I could be 200 games above if I played enough games. 250-50 and 550-320 is a massive difference in winning percentage

I occasionally bunt flash on 3-0 to try and mess up their timing

I just had a situation playing a twitcher where I flashed bunt 2-3 times during the entire game and bunted once situationally. The bunt flashes were after good pitches and the intent was to say good pitch... I watched some of the recorded stream today and apparently he didn't take it that way... Made sure he called me a 10 year old and other stuff... I thought this was a pretty accepted thing, flash as a signal... I didn't realize people got so [censored] hurt... I guess I'll stop.

No idea, I don't really do twitch much, I just thought it would be cool to look him up cause I recognized him from when I left it on to get free packs, he plays at night and that's when I'd let my phone run while working.... His handle rhymes with muggsy beagle. Though I guess since he's a public figure naming him shouldn't matter..

I have no idea who he is. 🙂
I once played a twitch streamer, not big, at all. 🙂 It was cool to see his reaction when I got a bunch of hits. 🙂
