They had the same problem with the Votto Program.

Hello there.
We're still investigating the cause, but we've found that the items aren't actually gone.
Try fully rebooting your PS4 if you haven't done so already.

This happened to me earlier as well, the cards weren’t in my inventory, the Worls Series program showed only one tile with Christian Javier, and all of my lineups that had one of the cards form the program in it were reset to the CPU Best lineup. As stated, once I restarted my PS4 everything returned (except the lineups) to normal.
