Why are my settings being deleted???

Sorry this is not true because this has been happening to me multiple times all season. This is not the first time. Plus I already accepted the new terms before I loaded up the game.
Look at your save files bro....there is no file for settings. It is 100% an SDS thing if your settings get deleted when you're offline, anyway.

It's absolutely true because that's what I literally did today, I booted up the game, it asked me to select favorite teams and settings and such, instead of doing that I closed the app, I went and accepted those new terms of service.
and when I booted up MLB again, I didn't have to select any of that stuff, the game was fine

There is a thread about this in DD with more people having problems. Weird.....

Def feel like it's you, because it 100% worked for me, I highly doubt you did, its' very common for people to defend their original point even when presented facts stating otherwise. You just want to blame SDS even when presented the real issue that it's PlayStation,.
Also I do know the difference, I just could care less when typing on a forum,

I often mistype on the forum, but people know that this isn't grammar school, and they are ok with it. If this were TGN (The Grammar Nation), then I would understand if @AgentZeroDiamond wants to point it out. I probably would also. But it isn't. So don't worry about his grammar. If he wants to type your instead of you're, he can. I don't read over every word 5 times to make sure it is grammatically correct. WHO CARES! If you want everything to be grammatically correct, go to another forum! Or just make sure that your posts are grammatically correct so that someone else is correcting people's grammar, they can't correct you, because your posts are grammatically correct. -
Just happened to me.I have no idea if the problem is linked to servers being down or not.Also a quick look on the 3 forums shows no one complaining about servers being down.Try again tomorrow.
