Caps phased out?
-
Any of you still running your Caps out there? I feel like the game is starting to reach that point where the players are so good the only reason to keep a cap is switch hitting and swing preference.
I still have my SS in there only because I have hated EVERY 2b in this game (Tatis at 2nd now), but I feel like Honus is gonna bump him - loves Honus last year.
-
Catcher is still a tough place to pull your CAP if hes an 89 and has good equipment. Sure Piazza and Foxx can still slightly top them with the bat but not enough to make up for the defensive difference and the switch hitting and your choice of swing.
-
I’m still using ole Jack Burton at C.
-
My catcher has cannon, awesome blocking and hits pretty [censored] well from both sides of the plate. So no, he will not be moving for anyone. And I like his name. Lol
-
Kevin Malone has sailed off into the coal dusted sunset of Scranton, PA. Goodnight, sweet prince
-
I still feel CAP is the best option at 2B
-
I'm playing with CAP offline. I have all of them maxed out now except for SS that I'm at Gold right now. Doing the 100 offline innings and 150 offline hits to max him out. At that point, I may be done with them.

Gonna be hard to get Daddy Hybu out from behind the plate. Im pretty sure there is not a catcher that is going to be released that will have high 90's D, hitting attributes all over 100 with close to 100 vision switch hitting with Foxes swing. But it would really be awesome if Atley does have the goods to take his spot when he makes his final appearance. Pearson is out that just leaves Atley and Franco both guys just happen to play positions most remaining CAP players are in.

Mine is in and out. So many options at 1B.
I had my pitcher CAP in my rotation for a bit, but my 1B is my primary that is a bit short of being maxed, so even this late I want to cap my CAP. -
Yep cap at 2b foxx catcher and Hornsby 3b or tatis. Wagner ss is the move for me
-
I said goodbye to my CAP catcher once Foxx dropped.
-
My CAP catcher is 2x the card Foxx is. Defense and his arm are perfect. He’s a switch hitter and has everything.

I thought he retired to Florida?

I've never had a good batting avg with my cap no matter what stance I use... It drives me nuts but I just gave up and dont use CAP anymore

Nice, Good old Albuquerque Walter White is still patrolling SS For me, but his days may be numbered.

It's all in the reflexes.
-
Unless the FS Adley card is amazing, I don’t see my CAP catcher going anywhere.
-
My Jacked up Arod is better than any ss in this game at this date he would sell for 800K plus if he were on the market

Being a 50 year old on and off chemo, it's a given his reflexes were gonna start to wither

I had Jesse Pinkman at 2B, but never really developed him. He just wasn't motivated enough, I guess.
