I like the way it is panning out for MLB I like it more baseball I hope that this format ends up in the video game for sure

I hope it leads to more franchise customization options such as season length, playoff formats, number of teams, etc.

- Add 2 new franchises (Austin, Charlotte)
- 16 team Leagues w/ 4 Divisions each
- No Interleague
- No Wildcard

Actually the Cubs would have been straight to the LDS. Facing the Braves in the best of 5. Think that is what he was getting at. But in fairness since we didnt even come close to half a season this year, I am ok with letting more teams in and adding the extra round. But definitely not in the future. Got to let the 162 games mean something. 8 max is plenty.

Wildcard round needs to stay the same. if they want to add more teams to the playoffs give the 1-2 seeds the WC round off. No need for the top teams losing in the WC round when they have 1 bad game and the other game they faced a hot pitcher.
