I hope you weren't foolish enough to pre order not knowing if you can play?

If you want the preorder bonus' I'd say make a new account and just preorder on that.
You'll bite the bullet of not getting the loyalty bonus of Griffey, Judge or Harper, but you'll get everything else.

I can't imagine a ban from 19 would carry over to a new game that you have done nothing wrong in.
