Its a theory with a lot of evidence that indicates if you decline a FQ your RNG is worsened.

I think this is true. I know i've lost more than half of my games when they've requested a FQ.

just get rid of it. something comes up mid game take the L and take care of business. also all the top guys FQ each other to take on scrubs such as myself
