If you want to spend a little bit of money, out of the park baseball is great for that kind of stuff. For free, there us one but I dont remember the name. Dynasty baseball or something

From any single player that has ever played, at any time including the negro leagues. If you are talking about ootp. Not sure about the online one. They are usually pretty basic

They have these in the game. There are many all time rosters in the vault

I finished my ALL TIME GREATS roster for MLBTS 20 and uploaded it to the vault.
In addition to the ALL TIME GREATS roster I'm going to make HISTORIC ROSTER 1990-2009, HISTORIC ROSTER 1970-1989, HISTORIC ROSTER 1950-1969, HISTORIC ROSTER 1930-1949, and HISTORIC ROSTER 1900-1929.
Next up is the HISTORIC ROSTER 1990-2009. The following teams will be included:
