Starting to think a secondary acct

SDS

Was a bad idea. Spending most of my time trying to build up this acct that I'm losing playing time on my primary acct.

Plus, I started late enough that I wont hit 300 stars in any Program prior to the current Inning (6th); so if I want Walker, Ortiz (huge fan) and possibly Rivera; I'm looking at close to 450K in stubs. Thats half way to getting Mantle again.

I think it may be more productive to just start playing on my main acct again

Why would you play on a secondary account to begin with?

If you are really good at BR, I could see a second account being beneficial. That leads to the temptation for transferring stubs of course.

But if you're really good at BR, just play on your main, then you don't need to transfer or even have the temptation. Im really curious here.

Bingo.

Sorry dude. Just trying to make conversation. Trying to think of why people do it.

Well some people are good enough to make WS with two accounts. One being free and cheap cards only.

Once again though. Temptation....

Got to the point once I got Mantle; felt like there was nothing left to accomplish, even though I am under 10% in 90% of the TAs.

Plus wanted to see if I could get Mantle by just playing as I bought stubs to put towards investments on my primary.

But with the release of Awards Trout and SDS now doing upgrades; prices have jumped and I feel like it would take to much time/money to get to where I'm at on my main acct.

Gotcha.

I considered an alternate account for my kids. Glad I didn't do it with them going multi platform next year. We'll have 3 accounts next year. PS, PC and XBox. I'd replace PC with Stadia, but doubtful that SDS will be Stadia ready for MLB. Kids accounts will be NMS of course.

I actually did this too and have been hammering away on my secondary account now for the past week or so while my main acct sits. I’m at Prestige 100 and just wanted to try a fresh build without putting any money into it. It’s been frustrating going into the events with much weaker teams, but also more satisfying to come out on top. Team is getting better and I’m up to ~Silver 20 now. Definitely want to try and make a WS push this season on my main acct now that I got 99 Trout and plenty of stubs for whatever other pieces I need. Just need to hit once I get to 800...

I can relate to that. I got bored for a bit and took a small hiatus in July.
