Alex Wood and Grandal stages both require beating the Dodgers on all-star or better. Is it possible to get credit for both with same game? If not, how does the game determine which to credit first?

It should credit both. The game does not know why you are playing dodgers on AS

Same goes for beating Yankees when doing Granderson/Posada/Gregorious/LeMaheiu

Also if you haven't won 10 online games it will count towards each of the previous inning programs too.
Edit, I saw the Rays icon and just assumed them, not the D-backs.

If you have both their respective Stages unlocked it will count.
