I wonder if my wife would let me get away with playing for 12 hours if I told her it was for charity

Im having a blast and like the game.

Most people love how the game plays. Their is just a few loud cry babies that can't take an L
haha. Im terrible but having fun.
Its maddening when you hit a Perfect and line out to deep CF or hit a scorcher to the 3B. Thats baseball man.
As someone who started late and way behind catching up and grinding TA1.....
No catch-up ladders should be provided. If I want to catch up, I will master the Divisions' showdown

You gotta walk a guy each inning lol
haha. Love hearing the astounded announcers after I intentionally walk the leadoff guy every inning.
I would go LS. Finishing those gives you large boosts of XP and Stubs as well, not to mention some very usable cards.
I found myself forcing it and buying out the remainder of my LS just after the 4th of July when the prices were down. When the dust settled, I didnt really have too many fewer stubs than I started with
I would love more offline content like this!
I would like for a little more offline content, because that is where I live. I enjoy playing offline, rarely dabbling online.
I like conquest mode. The showdowns are also great, but infuriating. I like moments, but IMO it is way too moment heavy. I prefer different challenges possibly. For example, for one of the players, say Reynolds. You do 1 or 2 moments, but then you can earn like 20 of the points beating Arizona in a World Series on all-star, or something. Full-game challenges that are worth the time-investment
Basically it is searching for a wide enough gap between Buy and Sell orders, with taking in frequency of purchases and 10% tax into account. I found that Live Cards are a good way to go, and typically the 73-78 range gives you a lot of good options and arent huge, risky investments with large swings.
Then going for a large quantity of buys and sells based on beating the buy and sell orders by 1. Don't micromanage. Especially with Sell-Orders. Just leave them, and if they are still there after like 5 days go see what's up. You will find your cadence and little quirks and tricks that work for you.

Its absolute torture we have MLB this year and nobody can go
That sucks
I am really hopeful next year if fans are allow to attend that the Jays do a weekend series in Bufflo as a Thank You
I have said it for awhile now. Im sure there are standards and such... but Toronto, should play 1 series a season in Buffalo. It would sell out very quick and it would seed a niche fanbase here (where many people inexplicably are Yankees fans). Its a nice little spectacle too. They could get 20,000 here for each game of a 3 game series. That is better than I have seen in the Rogers Centre many a time.

I kind of struggle with some hitting moments, but unbelievable I passed the Smith one on the first shot.
I bought a player today to bypass the 2 games on all-star. All I need to do is the Gallo moment
Ahhhh power swings! Thanks! I never think to use that.
I agree that Granderson seems strange. I cruised through all the single game stuff. I have had this one sitting on my backlog forever and have completed player programs that seem much more difficult.
I have grinded many of these out. Being an offline player, this is a large piece of my content. There are a few I seem to be stuck on and wondering if anyone has the same experience and can lend any tips:
1st - Blue Jays Stage 1 - Guerrero - 2HRs. I think it is labelled as Veteran. Guerrero only has like 76 power vs Lefties. It is facing Snell who seems to only feed me nonsense pitches and anything in the strike zone is in the bottom quartile.
1st inning Program - Granderson. Pretty much any of the multi-game moments. They are labelled as Rookie. I can mash rookie, but I cannot get anything going at all in these. One of them starts off against Otani and he doesnt give much to work with. Furthermore, they call for RBIs and 90% of the time it puts me up to bat with a desert on the bases.
Yasmandi Grandal - 2XBH. This guy is as slow as molasses. Worse-yet, a few times I hit balls off the wall and the slug defaulted into a homerun trot until the ball hit the wall. grrrrr
I find the pitching ones to be very easy. Some of the hitting ones get me good, especially multiple XBH ones or tons of total bases.
