Is the catcher release on stolen bases messed up or have they deliberately changed when to press the throw button? If it’s deliberate, when is the moment you are supposed to press the button?

Honestly I don't use the meter. The HUD bothers the [censored] out of me. I also do not use any pci for the same reason.
