I may just be a small town pizza lawyer, but in my opinion kneeling or walking off during the anthem is no more disrespectful than kneeling on a man’s neck until he is dead, or bursting into someone’s house in the middle of the night and shooting them dead when they’ve done nothing wrong.

That could get me in a whole tangent about we don't have enough programs to help people who get out of prison, basically forcing them to fall back into their old lifestyle, but I'll stop the conversation here.

It would benefit you to stop talking about your political preferences and stick to the baseball game for which this forum is intended.

Some putz from another country? Nice rhetoric you got there. FYI, I spend half my time in the US and I will move there within the next year. My personal and professional network includes many (educated/intelligent) US citizens from all parts of society. Nobody I know agrees with a thing you say, regardless of background, upbringing or political preference. That includes lifelong Republicans. Your "silent majority" is an illusion you have to feed yourself constantly to feel good about your choices. You'll find out in November.
