What does a server restart do? What kind of server does the show run on? I’ve heard that it doesn’t use a dedicated server. Is this true?

I guess I just didn’t notice the server restart notifications. I notice the forum maintenance ones but not the server ones. I guess they only wake me up for the important meetings.

Could be a patch to address the disconnects, could also be a distraction
