I know this can be taken either way but the people that put in their name “HR with Player X and I’ll quit” and then don’t quit are just the worst.
Yes I know, I don’t have to do it, but if you do help them out then they should really keep their end up.
Not only that but then also holding R2 for every pitch afterwards.
Just the worst!!!

The majority do quit, Most will still message you, you could ask for a lead first.

I haven’t had anyone do this yet. A lot of times I’ll ask em to give me back some stuff. Most people in events are trash anyways I have like a 30-5 record there compared to my 50% rs

I only help people out who give me stats. I dont ask, i dont have a name asking, but ill get in a game they will give me a lead, so at that point i have no reason to not give them their HR, and those players quit and if they dont, i have a lead anyway.

I didn't get matched up against any players with team names that said 'give me ... and i'll quit' for the first 2 stages of this event. Now, I've had a few in the past 2 days but they always quit after I gave them what they wanted. Nice, free wins for some ok rewards

I wish i had the time to get to 200 wins, 100 and 200 were only ones i wanted. But only at 130. And have my daughter this week, so not able to play as much. So in just Prestige playing.

I’ve spent most of my online play in events and I can confidently say there has not been much disservice to with the liars. Sometimes I’ll just ignore their messages or names and play, some will quit some will stay and play it. Thankfully I haven’t been burned much if at all cuz of these situations and it’s worked in my favor a lot as well either working on stats/challenges in return or just a free W to keep racking up.

I had a run in with this the other day. I told him let me get up 5 and keep the lead id do it. He held up his end of the deal. He was also grinding innings for Rivera.

Not a fan of the quick count either. I hate having to be ready to swing at the 1st pitch i see.

I was 11-0 and I’m really grinding the event out for wins, so when I saw it I took the bait like an idiot. Still won the next game after though.
