My guess is the best Signature series card for each team. They have pretty much painted themselves into a corner where they need to be 99's

Except that can't be the case, because the best SS cards for KC would be George Brett, the best Sig card for the Padres would be Gwynn, and so on.
Finest probably makes the most sense, they'll just juice whoever was best for each team in this 60 game season

I was hoping for Future Face of the Franchise where they use players from little leagues world series and juiced up cards, however not sure that will happen now
