When do people guess the stub sale is coming?
4th
Is this confirmed? Or we're guessing again....like the last 50% sTuB sAlE that never happened?
I agree, this clown makes predictions all the time is and is wrong 100% of the time

Assumption based on history.
Which history, the new history that no one else has experienced. Last year??? Nope, didn’t happen. Keep trying!!!

Slowly trending downwards until the 50% stub sale and game discount where they’ll see an uptick before regressing again.
I hope this works out... But right now Arenado is up 10k since this post... Hopefully stage 3 drops him.
As always, LS cards aren’t really viable for the most part, so collections are the only reason to acquire them. As I said, the upcoming 50% stub sale will inflate them temporarily, but in my opinion they’ll crash earlier than ever this year. There won’t be a LS card outside of Trout over 100k by mid-September.

I said gatekeepers would remain high.
You said I was wrong and presented stub values. Based on the value of a stub, their price is consistent stub sale or not. They are gatekeepers.
Please go get pissy somewhere else. I answered the question from the OP accurately.

I am the OP. And no you didn't answer accurately. Arenado just went from 128k to 140k in 2 days.... Go read the original post -- it's about the values moving forward in the coming days -- when stage 2 hit their prices moved down 5-10k each.
So once again you're wrong, and you provide no help. These prices fluctuate, stub sales and other market impacts such as pack availability, rewards, stage drops etc etc.

"Slowly trending downwards until the 50% stub sale and game discount where they’ll see an uptick before regressing again."
You said trending down until the stub sale. There's no stub sale.
So are you know saying you think they are trending up??

I nominate this thread for post of the year. Ask a question for help, get opinions on it, belittle the responses like they have no idea how things work, then reveal your own answer to your own question.
Time saved would have been more had you sat down and talked to yourself, since your mind was made up already.
Enjoy your day man.

Chapman and Judge are moving up also. Need them for Biggio and now they are ticking up.

You weren't help. You posted incorrect info and clearly don't know what you are talking about. You were presented with prices of players and timelines showing you that and you keep arguing your clearly incorrect point that prices always stay high. You're just trolling at this point.
No need to answer a topic you know nothing of.
Just trying to discuss the forward market if the high diamonds that have seen massive fluctuation. Just looking to discuss with others that have a clue, and it's not you.

No kidding.
I'd provide him with background, but you can't fix stupid.
-
Good grief, what difference does it make?
-
Stub sales always seem to drive up prices - which makes sense.
I did notice however that the price point for the high 90s diamonds has decreased, even after the normal bounce back of prices after a TA stage drop, stub sale, etc.
I bought Bellinger for about 135 or so several weeks ago and he's now down to 110k. A bit anecdotal, but it seems to the the case with a few others.
Something to note about overall impact on the market over time: People buying, receiving via events and moments and opening their packs.
The more packs achieved and received through showdown, inning rewards, xp reward path, etc. the more that these high diamonds will go down as people pull them.
The very nature of grinding in this game ensures that the high diamonds price will decrease as time goes on and new events, innings, moments, showdowns, etc are added.

You obviously don't know what trolling is. I have been far from a troll on this thread.
Also, work on your grammar if you are going to attack somebody that offers an opinion on a question. It takes away from your credibility.
English isn't the first language for a lot of folks. They stay in their lane though.
I also find references to HEB as anti-Semitic, but that's a conversation for another day.

Grammar? Oh jeez android swype errors on an online forum, who cares.
End of the day you are completely unaware the massive price fluctuations that have occurred the past couple months and that these high diamonds hit their lowest point since early April and dropped 5k-10k in the days following stage 2. But keep arguing your useless point they always stay high despite being presented with evidence to the contrary.

So you think Arenado reverses course then and comes back down? He trended down to 128k but is up to 140k today... Just checked now and he's back down to 129k as of right this second. Crazy!
Play seems like to hold tight until tomorrow post-stage-3 launch? Does that seem fair? Or pull the trigger now?
Do you feel like there's more upward potential in his price than downward? I'm thinking he could have upward potential should people investing in gold/silvers make a run to complete collections.
Thanks for the input.

I think he comes down a bit for TA3. Anyone who has a sealable copy will be selling them off so they can use the stubs. That's how I see it happening anyway.

Thanks... Stage 2 he dropped 10k in one day, and I'm sure even more variance mid day before closing price, but much different market now than then.

Prices are lower at peak traffic times of day. You can see fluctuations in the thousands from early morning to early evening. Remember the graph that tracks the recent history of card prices is only updated once a day, so it doesn’t reflect these short term ebbs and flows. There’s going to be a drop in prices anyway as a result of a huge influx of 97-99 cards tomorrow. The stub sale will attempt to revive them again.
