My point of view: act like you’ve hit a home run before lol. I don’t like waiting around to keep playing. I don’t watch any of mine because I want to try and finish games as quickly as possible.

I understand that point of view but let me offer another one.

I drink coffee while I play DD. If I hit a home run, I’ve earned the extra 10 seconds to sip my coffee and relax while enjoying my work.

And if I give up a home run and you replay it back? I get an extra 10 seconds to throw my controller through the wall in anger and still have time to plug in a new unbroken one

New perspective 👍🏻, but I try to maximize the time I do have on playing as many games as possible. People who hold R2, take forever between pitches, and watch their home runs waste my time. It’s not an annoyance of “showing me up” haha.

Yup. Never know who's on the other side of the game, I lost use of most of a hand and eye in Iraq, you better believe i'm taking that 20 second break if I so choose, usually results in a free base runner and a super sweet PSN message from a super tough 8th grader.

I sometimes hit the replay when my opponent hits a HR. It gives me a chance to reset and focus on the next batter.

I was getting waxed like 6-0 in a game (events or BR) and I hit two HR in the bottom of the 3rd.

I watched them both while I cried

Regardless of your intentions, it appears as though you’re just trying to show up your opponent whenever you watch a replay.

It’s rubbing salt in an open wound. The guy is probably already pissed that he gave up a homerun and just wants to move on to the next batter, but you’re basically just pausing the game to force them to watch it again.

It’s The Show’s equivalent to batflipping or watching a homerun from the batter’s box.

And no, it doesn’t bother me. Just showing how/why it would bother a lot of people.

Yup. Exactly why you should do it.

If your opponent is that mentally weak... That fragile... Then yeah, hit L2 every time. The guy will end up beating himself.

Found the 12 year old who never played a sport in his life and shocker he is a Red Sox fan once again proving Boston is the worse at everything

    ...your name is "DrewshBag420"

...and you get triggered by a HR replay in a video game...

Who are you calling a child? LMAO

Hahaha yeah you are a child. But then again you think I am triggered instead of just smart enough to know that only children watch every HR like you. One day you will finally grow up

Okay "Chuck_Dizzle" tell me more about how adults use the world Dizzle often. Sit down

It makes sense that you would also defend HR replays...bet you also bunt cheese, use starters as relief pitchers, pause every inning, drag out games and dashboard quit. It is too easy to read you

lol yep...Anybody that has the numbers 69, 420 or 666 in their name I automatically assume you’re an [censored] until proven otherwise lol.

I do find the irony of a person who watches HR replays trying to talk down to anyone. But then again you are probably 16 and have no friends

My big issue is when you replay a home run on a pitch down the middle when I very much didnt put it there like if you have perfect perfect on a pitch at or near the black then yeah go ahead I applaud you but replaying down the middle you just look stupid

Well said. I had a dude watch his replay on a fastball smack in the middle of the zone and all I could was laugh that he felt it was an accomplishment

The best is when they hit a HR in the first and watch the replay then you go out of the way to mess up their grind. Walk all their players you know they are trying to grind missions on. It is the best especially when they send whiney messages after
