Because no one would agree on what difficulty to make it.
You can't just put the casuals and/or people who play on t.v.s on HOF, and you can't just put the best players on all-star. There has to be different difficulties.

Ohhh wait, you don't play the game on a TV? What do you have your PS4 hooked up too?

Gaming monitor, it provides much less input lag. If you do use your t.v, look up how to put it in "game mode". You should see an improvement in terms of input.

I honestly don't understand why they don't have two separate Ranked Seasons -- one with people who choose to play on Legend all the time, and one where people who choose All-Star difficulty play on that all of the time.
I really don't get how it makes sense to just spike the difficulty the higher you get in Ranked Seasons. The thing is, if you're trying to break into the next level of difficulty in RS, but you're hovering back and forth, your timing is going to get out of whack each game.
Plus, it would solve the problem everyone talks about where people who regularly play on HOF/Legend hate playing on All-Star and the people that struggle with HOF/Legend can stay on All-Star. I honestly don't know how anyone is expected to be able to hit if they don't have a monitor or a really good T.V. on Hall of Fame/Legend difficulty.

It seems like this is a good idea, but unfortunately, what would happen is you would still have the people that play on legend coming in to stomp the lower tier players in that division on purpose.

This game is complete trash on All-Star. I’m sick and tired of dominating a player for 5-6 innings and going up 6-0 and they can barely hit a pitch then all of a sudden all their players turn into God [censored] Sammy Sosa and they hit 7 solo shots in the last 3 innings to beat me 7-6. It’s utter garbage and happens all the time. The game punishes you for being better than the other player and tries to “balance it out” so it can become a “competitive” game
