36 inning game

Can't make this up. 36 innings of glare hitters eye baseball. Game started at 11am(MLB Showtime) and ended as a night game.
Game was so long that my opponents Mookie Betts rookie card turned into a veteran card.
36 innings of baseball. If you are curious.. I had 70 strikeouts burned my whole rotation and suffered 10Ks each from Gallo and Stargell.
I won by a freeze off and my award for winning was a common free agent card.
At least I can get 12 stubs with a 10% tax.

At some point you have to look at the damage you are doing to your pen and the long term consequence this will create in future games. 1 win may not be worth the long term effects.
At 15 innings I'm offering the friendly quit.

15? I offered one at 12 today. Non sense to play that long. If I’ve already made ws and the guy I’m playing hasn’t I’ll just quit once I have to start using starters since there isn’t a point in sweating against someone who’s stressing

I wish I could say it was me. The glare at Fenway and throwing a lefty is impossible to hit. But yes, plesac is pretty bad.

Wow it's impressive that you were able to last that long. I have a 15 inning limit, I will always message the other player at 15 and ask them if they would like to friendly after I give them a last chance to hit and go ahead if they can. If they are home they'll score and walk off or if they are away i'll just quit and give them the W. If not, we friendly and get over it. I just can't play games that long

After the 12, he started spamming the R2 button, it got personal.
I think total play time took 2 hours and 30 minutes.

Um I agree. If I sink in over an hour of my time into a game, I at least want a result

Why do ppl think it didn’t happen. I’ve played a 36+ inning games 4x last year. And then a bunch in the high 20s
