My runners are not running. They are freezing. They are not returning on pop ups. They are not advancing on hits . Is no one else having this problem?

1: I do play mostly at that time, so you might be on to something.

    1. Could it be me or my controller? Am I accidentally pressing something? It happens several times a game. I’ll hit a ground ball, and my runner will just stop. Or I’ll hit a pop up and he just stands there and won’t return to the base. Please. Please help me. If it’s me, I can change. I promise.

Which running method are you using? If your using default, are you accidentally hitting R2? That stops all runners in there path.

It does get cold in October, especially at night time.

Maybe I am. I would be barely pressing it inadvertently, but maybe it’s enough to register. Thanks. Maybe I’ll try spiking the controller onto the ground immediately after swinging so as not to trigger the freeze. It can be like a bat toss on a home run. Except in my case, it will be a controller spike on an early chopped grounder to first.

@vagimon the slightest touch will cause it.

I think you were right. Thank you. I played a few games with my fingers tucked under the l2 and r2 shoulder buttons and didn’t have a single frozen runner. Now I can just get out the old fashioned way- with good timed pop ups.

If so, you better catch it.
