Can someone provide an honest and detailed explanation for lag in MLB parks?

I've heard for a while MLB parks cause lag both on here and by messages in-game. I've played DD regularly since our whole teams were fake players (I actually didn't hate that but that's another topic), we could play with a DH, and set lineups vs LHP and RHP, so I have put way more time into this game than I should have over the years.
While I'm not saying I don't believe everyone that MLB parks cause lag, I've played plenty of games in MLB and MiLB parks but I honestly can't tell the difference. It's possible that I can't tell the difference because I don't know what to look for, so maybe if someone could point me in the right direction I could see what so many people are talking about.

I’m with you man. I hear it all time but I don’t notice it. I also don’t know what to look for though

Supposedly its the crowds and background animations. I feel its more to it than that. I have played numerous people that seem to know its happening and quick pitch high fastballs or sinkers to try to get an advantage. I for one don’t understand a lot of the issues with the game that haven’t been fixed for years but this is by far one of the most consistently annoying ones.

It’s not lag but actually drops in the frame rates at times.

If you play a game at Minute Maid then immediately play at shippett, you’ll be able to tell the difference pretty easily.
