Need some tech help..

Redownloading the game gonna try and give it anotjer shot. After doing some research on Rtings.com I noticed my tv has an input lag of 10ms at 4k 60hz but at 4k 60hz + 10bit HDr it has an input lag of 13.6. Question I have is how do i know which one im using.. And how do i not use 10 bit if im using it.

10 bit hdr would either be turned on from the games video options (hdr mode) or your TVs picture options, so it should be able to be turned on or off by one of those two
