If you're dissapointed by the program bosses so far...

Blame all the people who complained about the amount of 99 overalls last year. This is a direct result of that.
-
Tis true
-
I'm perfectly fine with the boss selection. Early game shouldn't have 99 overall full diamond teams anyway.
-
It seems like we have a sort of 17 type hybrid for content right now, I don't think there's going to be a ton of signature series or whatever 99s this year

I’ll be very happy about that if that’s the case.
-
For me it's not the ratings but the player selections are just boring.
-
I think there will be more than ever it’s just being held back a bit which is good for a few reasons imo. But regardless they still have 60 diamonds at least in TA alone, 20+ in Bosses, 20-30 in BR and WS rewards, they have hundreds of rewards left I don’t see how they don’t get to 99s by the end of May.
-
3 switch hitters and yet Eddie Murray.
-
Tbh Chief, it’s only like the 2nd month of the game. I’m cool with 94 that can become 96. This is a problem if it’s September and we’re not getting 99s. What is surprising though is that they’re giving guys like Chipper and Feller mid 90s cards when they’re usually 99. Maybe this year multiple cards of the same player is how they will do it.
-
I'm not so disappointed in the overalls what really gets me is the Brian Roberts going from "henchman" to boss within the first 3 innings...I get it he had concussion problems and wasn't the same player after that but we couldn't find some other player in the game to give a bit more variety? That being said I would love to see the breakdown of who everyone chose every inning because this inning could end up being 70-80% of people choosing Chipper
-
They definitely have the IV Chipper more amped up then previous years.

But why not? A lot of guys play and played baseball.
-
Too many diamond prospects, future stars.....diamonds should be rare now its 99's that are. That or just make a high rank than diamond

Because content is meant to last.

And Roberts attributes are ridiculously inflated...he was never that good.

No kidding. Decide to make 3 bosses that are switch hitters and for some reason they neglected one of the best ones all time.

The card is from his 1999 MVP season. He didn't make the NL All Star team that year, so I guess they had to give him a IV card. But it was a hell of a year for him.

Dont they have hardware series anymore?

I don’t mind that the 3rd inning bosses are 94 overalls, where I think SDS effed up is releasing 95 overall future stars too early in the game, rendering these boss cards useless.
