I can’t remember, but did it say XP would be affected in RTTS?
If I get to where I’m satisfied in the inning programs, sometimes I’ll jump over to RTTS to bang out some XP. (Haven’t done it lately bc there’s been a decent amount of content added on DD). You’re able to get a decent amount from pitching a game, especially if you have quality starts, shutouts, go deep in the late innings, etc. -

how am i wrong? there was no exploit. you played a mode that gave you 25xp per HR. it's that simple. they reduced the amount per HR. what are you missing here?
Playing a casual mode for the sole purpose of gaining rewards in a completely unrelated different mode is exploiting. It doesn’t matter if it was 25xp per HR in years past. There was no issue with HRD grinding for XP in previous years. None. Blame the losers who had to have the prestige rewards in April instead of getting them over time like you were supposed to. Other people cheating the system and SDS fixing it is not anyones fault but the people that were cheating

Like I said in my post, I actually congratulate all people who sat and grounded homerun derby because it is so mind numbingly boring to the point that i can’t play it. If it’s a problem to you, I recommend trying showdown because it has great rewards. Also, i’ve found it to be extremely fun besides when I ground into double plays and everyone is a platinum glove defender.. haha

Bad arguments can fail on their own merits, we don't have to snipe at each other. We can make this forum a good place, its 100% up to us. Block trolls, give people the benefit of the doubt and don't throw insults... boom. Fixed.
Respectfully, I am glad they patched the XP gap. I spend no money on the game, because I enjoy building a team over time. If you don't have scarcity, the cards mean nothing. I would be perfectly fine if you couldn't get diamonds at all till a month in. There have to be things to work for. Also, when someone gets a ton of xp for not even playing the game we are, it upsets the competitive balance. I want to compete against other people on the same footing, not with people who completed Mantle by exploiting retro mode.

An exploit is taking advantage of a FLAW. They programmed 25 per HR. Where is the flaw? They just didn't want someone to gain XP too fast for their liking. There was no exploit. Just something they didn't want us to do even though they made it that way on purpose. Get off your high horse. You are Superior to no one.

The prestige reward path wasn’t made for everyone to have. These are some of the best cards and the game and if you are afk farming for xp then you have not truly earned these cards
