Not sure why they are so slow to roll out good inning bosses. Was it 3rd inning last year where it was Henderson, Alomar and Verlander?

Ya it was.. keep in mind, these are prestige to 96.. so not as bad as it looks

Before anyone complains about these bosses you gotta know this is a DIRECT result of the complaints of the “there are way too many 99s I can’t compete” crowd from last year

Ya it was.. keep in mind, these are prestige to 96.. so not as bad as it looks
It takes like 75 ranked seasons games to get the stats to prestige these players, no one is gonna grind that hard for a 96 victorino imo.

Ah yes! Shane Victorino and Brian Roberts. 2 all time greats being perfectly represented. Hopefully we get a 92 Ron Karkovice, or 97 Jose Valentin next.

It is. It's a Phillies Victorino. Gold glove. So between 2008-2010, when he won 3 straight.

2 switch hitters those from. I'm OK with this so far. I'm just hoping that the third will be a pitcher worth owning because Feller sure as hell wasn't. Still, I don't see either of these reveals causing the values of 2nd inning bosses to skyrocket.

I hope the third boss is that SS Wainwright we got from the partners moments last year, that card was one of my favourite from '19

We thinking a relief pitcher for the third then? Sutter/ Smith/ Percival all had mid 90's cards last year.

Maybe I was just spoiled with last year's 98 Bumgarner so early on... but none of these inning bosses so far have been anything to really motivate me to grind for. Yeah I get the reasoning about people complaining too many 99s but still these are hard to define as "bosses" to me.

I am usually not the kind of person to complain about a free card, but this third inning..🤮
