Oakland tier 2 TA

Anyone know who is oaklands tier 2 TA? I saw a bunch a guys announced but cant find oaklands anywhere.
Would have been nice to have sds put a list together instead of trying to follow 20 guys twitch streams, youtube channels and tweets for announcements was super annoying. Just put it on your own sds stream or facebook or twitter

I was really hoping for AJ Puk but that Mateo card looks pretty good and I need an upgrade at SS.

I don’t need another decent hitting right handed SS. I also don’t need another pinch runner. I’ve got Tim LoCastro.

I feel tier 2 was really weak across the board. A couple playable guys but thats about it.
At least if it was second year guys like bo, eloy, puk, huira regardless of what their stats were like id want to collect them just to have them but smith, mateo, marsh? Tough to get excited about that. I understand they probably get cards later on but the progression feels out of whack.
Plus those guys being some of top cards in game currently makes zero sense when fotf cards all have higher potential then most of these prospects really have. Mateo is a speedy utility player at best, not a star, shouldnt ever be rated higher then lindor or story or turner even in fantasy land
