I’m not sure I see too many of these guys I’d replace my FOTF players with, never know how a card may play though. The Dodgers pitcher is probably the most intriguing of the bunch so far.
Seems like they’ve made most of the position players good defensively whether they deserve it or not. I’m still not feeling this set, I’ll keep pushing in hopes that the Summer set will get me a little more excited.My thoughts exactly. I’ll do as many as I can, but most will only be in hopes of Stage 3 having some actually good cards.

I’d rather not have prospect cards be the best cards in the game at every position.
Give it a month or two and these cards will be fairly irrelevant with a few exceptions.
Another good thing is that a lot of people won’t grind for a lot of these so it will make the stage 3+ a little more rare for the die hard fans.

Summer TA was already leaked briefly. They are going to assign all of the signatories of the Declaration of Independence to teams and give them attributes, since that has about as much basis in reality as these future stars.

Exactly. I would consider myself a pretty big prospect and stat enthusiast, and most of these Future Stars are literal nobodies in the prospect scene. The real future stars are the guys that got prospect cards, not these unknowns.

Wish we could get the guys that get drafted this summer at some point. Torkelson, Martin, Gonzalez.
