Missing Vouchers

My son somehow managed to pick all 3 winners correctly on our account. But, the Rays voucher is missing in our inventory. Clearly we don’t have video evidence or anything of him picking. I was there when he did it because unless he is asleep (he’s 11) he gets to open the packs. What’s the best way to go about getting the Voucher? I didn’t look until this morning because why would I. I sent support a message this morning but didn’t know if there was another way to try. Thanks

I didn’t see anything notifying me of my vouchers. I sent my choices in very early. Where do you get the notifications?

There were only two vouchers for postseason, one for which league would win, and one for which team. You should have the vouchers still. You need to redeem them in the collections screen I think, I'm not by my console right now.
