Its a shame his swing is so tough. In theory should be a really fun player to use, but I just can't hit with the dude at all.

Looks like I need to get going on this.
It has been a very good year for the Cardinals. I don't know how Yankee fans handle it. Cardinals have about 20 fewer cards and I can't find the room or time to play all of them.
Give me a 99 Simmons and Brock and this version could keep getting played into next year because I doubt we get it this good again anytime soon

Just as an FYI, as often is the case with this game, when it says 'get on base five times' with Brian Roberts it actually means 'get five hits'.
Don't know why they continue to word it in a way that suggests walks and errors will count.

Errors don't count in real baseball in terms of OBP, of course, but this isn't real baseball they're 'get on base' missions.
From memory neither errors nor walks counted for me fwiw.

True. This game could never re-create the 12th inning of Brewers/Rays, WS game 4 in a Moment or any other way.
