i know there will be new showdowns for stage 2, but will stage 1 still be the same guys? Or will they replace the current guys with new bosses and that be used as vouchers for stage 1 or 2? IE Hader still be there for anything stage 1, or will it be a new boss/scenario?

No...Kevan Smith is a backup catcher for the Rays. Kevin Smith is the prospect in the Toronto system. They're two different people.

These have all been overrated, but this is by far the worst. The cardinals bias continues.

These have all been overrated, but this is by far the worst. The cardinals bias continues.
How exactly do you accurately predict a minor league players mlb the show career ratings?
Im sure every GM would love to know which guy will eventually play above or below their grades. There will be 5 Tool players that fail in the Majors and they will be low graded minor leaguers that will put together hall of fame careers.
I just don't know why everyone is so negative on this stuff. People complain that the show is trying to create to much of a sim especially in regards to DD. Now they are complaining that cards are not realistic.
It really is no matter what SDS does there will be a vocal minority that hates them for it.

In the case of rolling out inflated prospects then future stars that crush every live series player based on nothing, it’s a vocal MAJORITY. The prospects were fine, doubling down w future stars but is a bit much imo .
