Is stealing broken for everyone in events?

I've been using Edwards in the leadoff spot and have tried to steal with him three times. Each time, he stops halfway between first and second, rolls around in the dirt like a newborn puppy, and then lags his way in to a tag at 2nd base. I was thrown out on a curveball in the dirt because of it. I have an excellent internet package and run a wired connection. It makes no sense.

Before the game starts, send your opponent a message politely asking him to not leave dog treats on the ground between first and second.

I had something similar happen with fotf buxton he was for sure safe but somehow got called out ?

I have sent videos into SDS about this! It is a major bug!! It’s not your internet trust me, when the opponent goes to his meter to throw, the game glitches and our players stop half way.. completely halfway STOP then start running... when Ricky, Acuna, Edwards... ETC get thrown out by a lot.. go to the replay and watch it

I knew it wasn't my internet, I thought it may have been my opponent's. But it has happened against multiple guys by now.

That's been happening since I can remember since at least 16 anyway.
