Suggestion for MLB The Show 27: Announcers

I’m a big fan of Mike Krukow and Duane Kuiper, the SF Giants announcers. Krukow is retiring at the end of the season for health reasons. I was thinking about a way to honor them and other great baseball announcers and I thought of a way they could be used in MLB The Show. Make cards for each team with the one or two announcers who have loomed large in each city’s history and give them the captain role for each team. As to the sound, use a single soundbite for each card. Of course, having full commentary for each announcer(s) would be great but I recognize it’s impossible. A single soundbite would be more doable.
Any thoughts?

I’ve been a Dodgers fan for over 50 years and we had Vin. However, those guys could be the greatest announcer TEAM ever. Also, what about getting some “Ball Dudes” to shag fouls?

My thoughts were to have a card for every team’s best announcers. And, of course Vin would be included.

whoever they put in will draw negative comments, the sheer volume of hearing one or two voices just gets old. plus people are brutal about commentators. I really liked the team before Boog "I Love the Cubs" Sciambi, and Chris Singleton took over, although Singleton is tolerable. And Robert Flores in my opinion atleast needs a partner, a solo broadcaster is very difficult to pull off.

@victoryphoenix_MLBTS I was thinking of putting cards in for each team, whether it be one announcers or two. And I wasn’t thinking of using an extensive amount of speaking because,of course, that would be very expensive. But the cards are just involved pictures basically. They could decide to use one trademark saying, but I’d be fine if they just had the pictures.
