We are playing a baseball game in 2020 where pitchers don’t locate balls. Fielders don’t lock into balls. Hitting isn’t legit.

It took Trevor May embarrassing them on twitch to slightly acknowledge it with no patch yet.
How many [censored] people need to post this before they change it? Or are they literally incompetent and unable to do so.
Mvp baseball 2005 with manny on the cover plays better than this and I have resorted to playing it on my PSP because this sucks so bad.
This is not toxic. It’s the truth. This game is like Little Johnny the right fielder striking out 4 times in little league and still getting a snack and an “atta boy” after the game
So glad I didn't purchase this game this year. Looking at all the bad reviews reminds me just of how much I'm not missing. They purposely destroy the game with 3rd to 4th patch every single year. They won't get my coins!
They have obliterated the game this year. Going into the next annual cycle with the ps5 ready to drop..... no chance people will purchase a ps5 just to play this

It being 2020 doesn't mean all video games should come out flawlessly. As things get more advanced, they also get more complex, easier for unexpected things to break.
Now obviously this game NEEDS to be fixed, especially on fielding, but the whole It'S 2020 argument is dumb.
If you think they are actually being lazy and not frantically trying to figure out how to fix it, then you're letting your emotions think.
I heard there was some communication on twitter recently about a possible patch in the future?

2020 was supposed to be flying cars and interstellar travel. Instead we got people eating bats, Tiger King and this game.
Who knows what the future will hold, but it will probably involve lots of soap.
