Mike piazza

Any chance we get a city scape Mike piazza card this week for 9/11? It would be cool to have a city scape piazza with the towers behind him
Something about tying a program or a card release to a national tragedy seems in poor taste to me.
"Get your Mike Piazza 9/11 Anniversary Cityscapes card only in MLB The Show 26"
Yeah, that is definitely cringe worthy.
He got a City scapes card in the mobile game
I'm not saying he shouldn't get a card or even a cityscapes card, just don't tie it to the 9/11 anniversary.

I will respectfully disagree. It was the single most emotional sports moment I have ever witnessed in my lifetime. That HR absolutely transcended baseball. I can't think of a more fitting moment for a card linked to the player's city.
Yeah, dont explicitly call it a 9/11 program or have a twin towers conquest, that would be tacky and disrespectful. Just call it a Mike Piazza program and have it be the cityscape style.
I am pretty sure that it has been a moment before as well...

I agree with Dolenz. No card, no program, no special release whatsoever commemorating in any way the events of 9-11.

It wouldnt be commemorating 9/11. It would be commemorating one of the greatest moments in recent baseball history.

@Teak2112_MLBTS it’s not a big moment without being attached to 9/11

I am a new yorker. I live close enough to the city to see the smoke that day. A piazza card isnt to commemorate 9/11 and that tragedy, its to commemorate one of the most impactful, emotional HRs OF ALL TIME. im not even a mets fan, im a yankees fan, but that HR had me in tears and was a healing moment for a lot of new yorkers and sports fans in general

9/11 isn't an event to celebrate... so I wouldn't say that's a great idea.
Would love a Piazza card, just not happening with this theme. -
9/11 isn't an event to celebrate
Not one person is saying it is.
Does Lou Gehrig day celebrate ALS?

@Joe-Del-Maestro_XBL the home run is emotional cuz of the tragedy. Idk how yall can try and justify it’s not. One simple google search will tell you that.

Awareness for ALS. Get it right.
